We went to the concert at the Hammersmith Apollo last night and it was fantastic – but can anyone tell me how we get the VIP Package merchandise (CD, tour book etc) as no-one at the venue knew anything about it!

LISTEN UP EVERYONE:
Make sure you don’t take the first tickets presented to you at the presale – they are chosen RANDOMLY. The first tickets you get will probably not be as good as the second, or even third or fourth. I have experienced this myself this morning. Don’t RUSH for tickets. Take your time. Look at what you have, if you want different, log in again.
I wish a moderator from this site had issued an email regarding this prior to the presale. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE THIS MORNING – Take your time, and don’t buy the first tickets you see.

Presale tickets are ONLINE ONLY thru ticketmaster so it won’t benefit you to talk to a live person when ordering (in case any other Seal nerds like me were wondering).
