I recently read that you struggle with Lupus. I to have systemic lupus and can no longer work which is extremely difficult as I have two children; A 21 year old girl in college and a 12 year old boy. With all my health issues associated with lupus its impossible for me to work. If you have any suggestions to heip me Id really appreciate it.
