Great idea! I cannot run…torn up knee…BUT I do use an ellipitcal 6 days a week for 60 mins…Does that count? Keeping fit is keeping fir…right?
Too bad I didn’t see this until today. I did nearly 11 miles over the weekend…
I do not owe a pair of Nike running shoes…therefore, I ran (very slowly) in my regular running shoes…so far…about 2 miles…

Wow! Great show in Columbia, Maryland last night! The air was cool but the music was hot. Not only an incredible voice but also a visually stunning performance. A true Artist!

Seal’s show in Columbia MD was the best show I have ever seen. Our seats were great! And even though it was so cold, when Seal sang his songs of pure love and soul, the whole place heated up. What a show! The crowd was begging for more.
I was watching a concert yesterday and listening to the rain in Maryland. How did I get lucky to see Seal twice in one year with 2 different programs? Concerts in Latvia and USA rocked! Seal goes on!
Columbia was tremendous. Vocals were excellent and were heard much better than at Foxwoods in Connecticut the previous Friday. Such a wonderful treat to be fortunate to be sitting four rows from the front. It was a great way to end my birthday celebration for the month of April! What an entertainer and tremendous musician.

I STARTED RUNNING,ON A TREADMILL, A FEW WEEKS AGO BECAUSE I SEE MY ENDURANCE DIMINISHING WHEN I RAN FROM MANNY’S MUSIC TO THE #1 ON 50TH WITH A 21 YEAR-OLD, AND I WAS OUT OF BREATH IN 2 BLOCKS. NOT GOOD! BUT I AM RUNNING ON THE TREAD FOR 10-12 MINUTES AT A TIME WITH THE SPEED RATE AT 6.5 TOPS FOR NOW. MY QUESTION IS: CAN THAT BE COUNTED IN THIS RUN A MONTH WITH YOU?
