**UPDATE**
Pre-Sale special tickets for Seal.com fans are currently being organised for an allocation of “best seats in the house” for the UK venues.
So as not to disadvantage those dedicated fans  who have already purchased through Ticketmaster you will be able to exchange your current tickets for these new Pre-Sale tickets.
*Please note all ticket purchasing/exchanging enquires need to be directed to Ticketmaster or the vendor you purchased from.
Â
**UPDATE**
Any fans that have purchased both general seating tickets and fan club tickets through Ticketmaster and require a refund Ticketmaster have advised to use the link below and to click on the ‘Ask A Question’ link. Ticketmaster have stated that a refund would be then processed ASAP.

OK, so where is the pre-sale. Oh that’s right, details posted after the tickets gone on general sale!
So where is our post sale? I haven’t checked every venue but the London date doesn’t even link to the event only to the venue. When you get to the event there’s no password box for Seal members (or any other pre-post sale). Why do the US get an opportunity and we now get seats at the back!
I don’t know if you can do anything now but you can at least sort a pre-sale for the Bournemouth gig can’t you?
Ebay here I come unfortunately. My faith in this site has taken a dramatic down turn. I am pleased you didn’t moderate out my previous negative comments. I only hope you let these ones through too.
Roger,
As I said in my reply to your last post these pre-sale/post-sale details are currently being worked out.
I have been informed that Ticketmaster is currently holding tickets for Seal fans.
Once the password/special pages have been setup I will announce them.
Thanks for being so pro-active in monitoring these UK Tour dates, I’m sure your fellow fans appreciate your efforts.
Regards
Brenden
Okay, I just received an email to announce the UK seal dates. I immediately went to the Hammersmith Apollo/ ticketmaster site . I was unable to buy my desired tickets(front stalls) as they were not availible, I assume all sold out. I was able to buy rear stalls however. Why did we not receive pre-sale news like the fans in the U.S.What is it about your UK fans that you can’t look after them?
simon…if you read the webmasters announcement further up you will see that SEAL has thought about the UK fans also. There must have been a glitch with ticketmaster or something went wrong… BUT!!!…
…as soon as the glitch is fixed, you can – according to the webmasters update further up – exchange your current tickets for the tickets SEAL did hold back for his UK fans!!!
Simon,
Don’t worry special pre-sale tickets will be released soon and Ticketmaster will allow you to exchange your current tickets.
OK, I am breathing a little slower now
I can see the ticketmaster page has a space for a password but the one previously sent for the US doesn’t work. I assume we will be emailed the password? Do you know when this will be sent (so I can make sure I’m near a PC at the time)?
Roger,
Check your inbox now. =)
Unfortunately I didn’t expect it to be so soon! So didn’t get to see it until after the commute home. Still got reasonable tickets for London (Row F). Also got front row for Bournemouth so I am now a happy fan again.
Thanks Brenden for sorting it out.
No N.Ireland dates?
I just put these up – with dates – on the futureloveparadise.co.uk site.
It would be great if Seal could squeeze in a few more smaller – more intimate – venues. I guess the economics don’t work out as it costs the same for the gear, transport, roadies, security … so a bigger venue maketh more sense in terms of revenue.
Still, if heart prevails over good business sense, a date at the newly opened Leeds Academy would be appreciated – certainly make it easier for me + wife, given that we’ll have a 3 month old Child2.0 by that point.
Actually, I wonder if a bunch of “light weight” gigs at the smaller, cooler venues might get a bit of grass roots thing going over here in the UK, where Warner seems to be too busy doing bugger all to promote Seal.
Gareth Edwards says:
“It would be great if Seal could squeeze in a few more smaller – more intimate – venues”
I don’t know about the other venues but the Manchester Apollo isn’t overly big, not like the MEN.
Just got the email about pre-sale. Glad I didn’t get the tickets this morning, the nearest I could get was row U!
Now got 2 front row seats YAHOOO! It’s been a long time since 1995.
Hi
And when will you be performing on the main land again, let’s say in Holland??
Love to see you there!
I was emailed the Seal fanclub password & have tried it on ticket master but its not working? Help!
Nicky,
I would keep trying as others appear to be getting through.
I have sent you the UK password again in case you received only the US password.
Regards
Brenden
Brendan, thanks! I’ve now got row ‘C’ tickets. Can’t wait.
Thanks again for all your help.
Nicky x
I bought my tickets this morning directly from the venue not Ticketmaster. I managed to buy better tickets through the pre-sale, but I am now stuck with 2 tickets because I didn’t purchase them via Ticketmaster. Anyone want 2 tickets for Birmingham ?! That’s life……….
I got the password and link for the pre-sale by email just now and the link takes me to the ordinary page. Where should I enter the special password or should I be directed to a special page?
I managed to buy 2 tickets for the Manchester Apollo venue but didn’t have the Seal password at that point. I’m in the stalls on row M but have just recieved an email detailing the password information and now I can’t get through to Ticketmaster to see if I can change my seats?! Panic!!!!! ARGH

Lana,
I would keep trying as others appear to be getting through to them and exchanging tickets.
How do we exchange the tickets that we bought this morning for the “pre-sale” ones? as mentioned at the topof the page?
Dom,
Contact Ticketmaster if you purchased tickets through them as they will offer an exchange for the pre-sale.
If you purchased your tickets elsewhere you should contact them directly.
I have just been on the phone to ticketmaster, and they have told me they have no idea of any way of exchanging them – I called the customer support on 08444 999 999 and they have said they are going to contact the account manager and get back to me but I am worried by the time they do I will have missed out on the better tickets!
Hello!
To exchange the ticket, do I need to buy a better one first? Is it better to exchange tickets through the website (Ticketmaster’s) or I need to call them? On the website I saw that you need to give the number of the ticket, so if I am not mistaken I can sell my ticket only when I have it delivered. So, can you give me the hints?
Regards,
Tanya
I dont seem to have been getting any of the e-mail updates – cedrtainly no pre-sale details! Just tried to subscribe again, but still no joy!
I’ve just phoned Ticketmaster to see if I can move my seats from the ones I bought first thing to the reserved area for his fans and they won’t allow me to change them!! Very disappointed
(
Lana,
I am looking into this for you. Can you confirm which Ticketmaster office you contacted?
I phoned the main number, 0870 242 4425
They were supposed to be calling me back but they haven’t!
Webmaster, any news on this please? I’m really worried I’ll have missed out now. Don’t know why there’s such a delay with mine???
(
and me!!
Hi, gutted to have missed out on the pre-sale tickets for Manchester and wondered if anyone might possibly have 2 tickets spare for this night? Please let me know as really want good seats and happy to pay good price. Thank you! Andrew (andrew.gray@manchester.ac.uk)
I received the password for the US pre-sale but need the password for the UK one
Polly,
UK Password email has just been sent to you.
PS. The password sent to me relating to pre-sale tickets was for US tickets. Are there still some tickets that have been held back for UK fans? Please can you let me know if I can expect another email update with a new code before I have to buy off ebay? Thanks
Andrew,
UK Password email has just been sent to you.
Now got tickets
, Many thanks!
Hi,
Seal will be coming to Belgium or France too ?
I got the password for the pre-sale tickets sent out for the UK tour, but I ask again where do I put the pre-sale password???????
Please answer me!!!
Hi,
I have just been informed the Edinburgh venue site has not yet been setup by Ticketmaster as yet.
We will advise once they have done this. Other locations should still be able to use the password, it’s on the purchase links provided here
help! i have tried several times to order tickets and when i go into put my email address it says that my email address is not valid. i now have lost time and great seats! please help!!
Ann-marie, what venue were you looking to go to? There may be fans who purchased some then some more later with the post-sale password. The originals they had could still be good tickets and they may not have yet swapped with ticketmaster.
Thank you for your reply and explanation.
Will there be “better” tickets available there also you think or should we buy good seats now just in case or?
Help! I just heard about Seal’s US Tour, and just this morning signed up for the pre-sale password, I think (by enrolling in the “Subscription”). How long does it take until I receive the password??????? (This is for the CA shows.) Many Thanks!
)
P.S. — This is for the Valley Center, CA show on May 3. Please let me know the DATE/TIME of the “presale” for this show. Thank you!!
Victoria,
Dates and times are on the Tour page: 13-Mar @ 10am
Links will be provided as soon as they are ready, as always check with the venue for more information.
Thank you for your very timely reply; it is appreciated! You addressed the “links,” but what about the PASSWORD? Thanks again!
Victoria,
The password has been emailed to you.
Hello Brenden,
Once again, your timeliness is appreciated.
Actually, my inquiry was for the US tour dates, specifically for SEAL’S show in **Valley Center, CA** ; not the SEAL-UK shows, as referenced in your reply. Please help; we’ll be traveling from Seattle since, as it appears, the tour is skipping the Seattle/Portland areas Thank You! (Is there any chance a Seattle/Portland show might be added to his itinerary? The last time he was here (Seattle, November 2006), he **SOLD OUT** the **WaMu Theatre,** which holds +5K fans – I WAS THERE; in the FRONT ROW!.)
Victoria,
US Password sent.
Well I am absolutely gutted as I booked my tickets yesterday morning as soon as I could, and then I get an email at 5pm giving me a password to get better seats. I have been trying to get hold of ticketmaster all day but to no avail as they are constantly busy, and then I finally manage to find the number for customer service (i don’t know what number i had been initially calling!) and was told that they closed at 4pm! So i will try again tomorrow but I will be devasted if i can’t exchange my tickets as we are currently in row N in the circle
Having said that whatever seats we end up in, i know Seal will be brilliant! But i just want to be closer!!
Hi again!
As I don’t dare to wait more for the pre-sale tickets at Edinburgh I’ve tried to book ordinary tickets through the Ticketmaster website and that’s also not possible as it complains about the phonenumber not beeing in the right format (I think I’ve tried all possible formats!).
It’s also completely impossible to get through to the phone booking because “all agents are currently busy”.
Help me out!!! I want to reserver 4 tickets before we end up in the back seats.
I’ve been in that position twice now and I can say in my experience that it IS well worth waiting for the post-sale tickets. They were better than anything I could get at the normal onsale date/time let alone anything you will likely pick up now.
As to your ticketmaster problem. Got to Ticketmaster when you are not trying to get tickets and set up a registration (or call them if you have a problem). Get that organised when there is no time pressure and then log in before you try and buy tickets it will make the whole purchase process so much easier and less stressful.
i bought my tickets by phone will i be able to phone ticketmaster to change them ? thanks sue
Please note all ticket purchasing/exchanging enquires need to be directed to Ticketmaster or the vendor you purchased from.
Well i just called ticketmaster (08444999999) and the lady I spoke to (called Golshan) said that she couldn’t exchange my tickets for the pre-sale ones until she has authority from the account manager. She also said that the promoters of Seal are the ones that need to liase with ticketmaster (as accoriding to her this hasn’t been done yet) and then the account manager can then send an email to all the call agents which will enable them to authorise the ticket exchange. She said she will call me back hopefully by the end of today. But by which time I bet all the best seats will have gone.
I have been told exactly the same thing. This is very disappointing isn’t it.
( I just hope we manage to get in the reserved area…..
Lana,
Updated provided by Ticketmaster here
Please do keep us updated with your progress with Ticketmaster.
Regards
Brenden
Well no joy for me, they still say they are waiting authorisation from the account manager
If anyone has purchased their tickets through The Ticketfactory they will give a full refund without you having to purchase more tickets.
I found out last night that unlike Ticketmaster they will give refunds on tickets.
I haven’t received the pre-sale password for the UK for some reason and I’m signed up! Does anyone know it?!
Alex, it is SEALUK. Cheers!
I would like to take the opportunity to say ‘Thank you’ to Seal for the pre-sale for fans. I attend many concerts, and have been through the pre-sale process before. Pre-sale tickets are usually way back at the Theatre/Arena, and this is the first time I have managed to get 1st and 2nd row seats in the stalls. I am so thrilled, as a fan of Seals that I don’t have resort to ebay to buy good seats, and pay a ridiculous price for them.
Bless your heart Seal, and I can’t wait to see you in concert.
Please tell me that there is going to be a concert closer to Seattle than LA. Yours is one of the few concerts I plan to go to this year and there’s a whole group of us just waiting for the announcement. Thanks.
What no Cardiff? No Bristol? No decent southern gigs (Bournemouth… I don’t think so!)
well I just called ticketmaster again to exchange my tickets but still they said they’d had no reply from the account manager and so it STILL couldn’t be authorised!!!! I know that the update above suggests using the ‘Ask a question link’ but we did that on friday and still have not received a reply!
Can I just say a BIG thank you to the webmaster on here, and also to Ric for being so accomodating and helpful in sorting this all out – Have got my tickets and now can geta refund on the old ones! Even better! Its a special occasion for me and my wife when we go, as it is our 1st wedding anniversary, and we had Seal’s ‘Wedding Day’ as our first dance, and almost a year to the day we get to go and see him live again. I cant wait. Thanks again one and all
I haven’t received the pre-sale password for the UK for some reason and I’m signed up! Does anyone know it?!
See above Jason, I suspect it shouldn’t have been posted here however as a few days have passed since the post sale started I doubt it’ll do much harm to anybody.
Received US password but still waiting for the UK one. I have already bought tickets for the Bournemoth gig so hoping to be able to exchange them.
Please help!
I have received an e-mail with the US password on it for the pre-sale tickets, but not the uk. I mistakenly thought this would follow but after being away the weekend no joy!!
Can you send me the uk password and hopefully I can get hold of some better seats than the ones I bought on Friday for Manchester. (Many rows back.)
Many thanks, (if not at least still going, have not missed a tour yet..)
Steve

A friend of mine has got 2 6th Row Hammersmith tickets and they are now unable to go. If anybody wants them at face value please let me know my email address is “seal AT goodgroves.co.uk”
Now gone to a good home and two very excited Seal fans
Has anyone had problems with Ticketmaster refunds, I bought new tickets with the fan club details and asked for refund twice via the ask a question section as adviced, but I have heard nothing or received a refund a week later??
Steven(Stephen),
Please email sealrefund@sign-up.to with your refund request and I will be sure to escalate it for you.

Brenden
Hello Seal, it’s been sometime since I have last written to you. As always, your music is very joyful to listen to. Can you please tell me when you will be in Los Angeles. The last time I bumped into you was at LAX, I was one of the uniformed LAPD officers that said hi to you. Best of wishes to you and your entire family, god speed to you all.
Tom.
I LOVE YOU
