    Hi everybody,

in my youth i had the dream of beeing a music producer and so i once spent 3 weeks of my summer holidays in a sound recording studio, where they where doing gingles for the radio etc. They had arranged a musician/composer who then talked to me ” You need to listen this man” and gave a cd from Seal to me. I knew this voice was special and he would have a great carreer. This was back in 1995.

    Thanks,
    Hinrich

I have been trying to purchase Pre-Sale tickets for the LA May 16th Concert since 3:00PM PDT it is currently 10:54GMT and I have not been to sleep yet in order to watch the London clock so that I could call your office after 9:00AM GMT). I have entered the Code (over and over again) sent to me and it does not work, it comes back as invalid. Yesterday Friday was the Pre-Sale day, Monday is the General Public day. I have called the office contact number no less than 15 times since 3:00PM PDT up to 10 minutes ago 3:56AM PDT. I am annoyed with what should have been a very simple purchase process, enter a code get the tickets. I don’t understand this, as I have also sent an earlier comment, time stamped 4:09 GMT which has yet to be responded to. Is there a reasonable, doable, purchase of Pre-Sale within the next 48 hours or am I going to be stuck purchasing tickets with the General Public???

I have been trying to buy tickets to:
      Seal
      NOKIA Theatre LA LIVE
      Los Angeles, CA
      Wed, May 6, 2009 08:00 PM

      during the:
      Seal Post-Sale
Start: Mon, 03/16/09 10:00 AM PDT
End: Wed, 03/18/09 10:00 AM PDT

The password I was emailed last week DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had a chance to buy tix during the other pre-sales since I am with both AMEX and AEG. However, I thought I would better seats with the Seal password WRONG!!! They’ve got NO tickets if you enter the “Secret Password”. Joke is on us?

      • webmaster says:

        Hi,

It would appear others are purchasing tickets fine with the password, all I can suggest is to keep trying.
        Failing that please contact Ticketmaster.

        Regards

I have attempted to purchase pre-sale tickets for May 6 Nokia LA Live Venue all day to no avail (Pre-Sale started this morning at 10:00AM PDT. The code s… does not work, Ticketmaster, also tried and was not able to use the code. General Sales begin on Monday, March 16, how can I get pre-sale tickets? I have also called your contact office in London to no avail??? I am somewhat disappointed with this affair.

    • webmaster says:

      Osaze,

I believe the ‘Seal Fan Club Tickets’ will go on sale today 16-Mar-09 with the general public but will be a seperate allocation that you have access to with the password.
Please try again at 10:00 AM PDT today.

      Regards

      Brenden

  8. LauraS says:

I am wondering what is the deal with the OAK, Ca venue…what do you know about the GEN ADMIS PIT ORCH seats? They are standing…but there is some rumor that Seal will walk down a ramp into the crowd? Do you KNOW ANYTHING about this? I have these tickets as well as actual seats…I am trying to figure out WHAT to do! LOL! This is a new venue and I am at a loss…any info Brendan?

    THANKS MAN!

    • webmaster says:

      Laura,

Sorry but I haven’t heard anything that would be of any benefit to you.
Perhaps someone else has heard something about the Fox Theater???

      • Laura S says:

I found out that GEN ADM is standing only…and that yes, it does lend itself to the performer coming into the audience via a ramp.

I am too old for a mosh pit…LOL….so I will use my seats that us OLD FOLKS need. LOL!!!

        Thanks Brendan.

  9. RC says:

I signed up on your website, but I did not get an email about the pre/post sale password. What gives?

  13. B says:

    Hey.

I mananged to get three fourth row tickets for the Hammersmith date but only need 3.

If anyone wants the other one from me for face value, email me at sosolidbabeuk@yahoo.com

  14. OK it’s now gone the general on-sale time and nothing on the site and nothing in my email!

Boy I sincerely hope you put up post-sale details very soon as you have one very disappointed fan.

    • webmaster says:

      Roger,

Ticketmaster posted the dates sooner than expected and thus we are still working out the details of a Pre-Sale/Post-Sale offer.
I know they are working on it right now and as soon as I hear anything I will post an update.

I know US fans managed to exchange their general public tickets with those purchased later with a post-sale password so I can only assume Ticketmaster UK will do the same.

      Regards

      Brenden

  15. I see Ents24.com are listing the following tour dates for the UK, When are WE getting our pre-sale as tickets are listed as going on general sale on Friday?

June Mon 22nd Birmingham The NIA (National Indoor Arena) [new] info »
Wed 24th Edinburgh Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre [new] info »
Fri 26th London HMV Apollo [new] info »
Mon 29th Manchester Manchester Apollo [new] info »
Tue 30th Bournemouth Bournemouth International Centre [new]

    • I must say I am happy about the Carling (Strike that); now the HMV Hammersmith Apollo, it’s my fav London venue (of that size). I hope it’s seated downstairs rather than standing. So much easier to get back to the front after the inevitable loo break in the interval ;-)

    • Ok now here’s the dilemma. Do I rush in at 9:30 with the general unwashed masses, or do I pray that this site hasn’t forgotten it’s fan base in the UK.

It looks right now that it’s pandering to Seal’s new neighbours with a pre/post sale offering of the best seats for those abroad, whilst offering nothing for the UK?

I could wait for the news here whilst possibly missing out in the process. The silence is deafening as well as being very disappointing.

    BRENDEN:

I tried to purchase tickets today (which is the Pre-Sale day)…but it would not let me use the password. Should I be waiting until Friday to use my password to purchase tickets for Miami?

    Thanks!
    Shannon

    • webmaster says:

      Shannon,

Some venues are offering Pre-Sale tickets by other event organisers such as radio stations, which have their own passwords. This is more than likely why the Miami venue is not accepting your password.
If you would like to purchase tickets from the Seal.com Post-Sale “best seats in the house” tickets I would recommend waiting until the Post-Sale period begins.

      Regards

      Brenden

  17. LauraS says:

    You’re the best Dear Webmaster…

    I am just THRILLED I got tickets….

I think in my case, the venue is set up differently with the best ‘seats’ being the GEN ADMISSION standing right in front of the stage.

  18. PREMONITION says:

    Brenden:

I am planning to purchase tickets for the Miami show….

The e-mail password I got says it is the PRE-SALE PASSWORD…is that different than the POST-SALE PASSWORD? I want to get the best possible seats and I am completely confused. Any information is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!
    Shannon

  19. marianne says:

Thank you sooooo much for coming to Toronto. I can’t wait to see you in concert! I didn’t end up getting great seats as it sold out too quickly but at least I am going!

  20. LauraS says:

I just wanted to share that when I went to the POST-SALE with my Seal Fan password..I did not get better seats than what I got with a PRE-SALE password..

It’s possible that the venue (Fox Theatre in Oakland, CA) does not allow for great seats due to a large GEN ADMISSION PIT right in front of the stage..and those seats were all GONE by the Post Sale day..

    I am glad I found a pre-sale password.

    • webmaster says:

      Hi Laura,

I am double checking this with the organisers and will report back. All the information I have been given so far suggests that their is an allocated amount of premium seats to Seal fans with the password.
Either way I will post back with a complete clarification once I get one.

      Regards

      Brenden

I have a question regarding the on sale dates for the Chastain Park Amphitheater in Atlanta GA. The “series” on sale date is listed as March 1st and the Ticketmaster on sale date is listed as March 21st – I went to Chastain Park’s website and the only series listed for sale are for shows in June and beyond. I guess I am confused as to what the series on sale date is for versus the ticketmaster on sale date. Will seats for people with the pre-sale password still be reserved for the ticketmaster date? I just want to make sure we get good seats – I am traveling to Atlanta from Virginia and want to make the most of it!! Thanks for your help in clarifying this!!

    • webmaster says:

        Hi Brenden,

Will there be a password for Seal’s on sale date at Radio City?

        Thank you,

        Sam

        • webmaster says:

          Sam,

As far as I am aware all the venues listed will have an option for Pre-Sale or Post-Sale ticket purchases with password provided by signing up to the Seal.com mailing list.
If you notice anything to the contrary please do let me know.

          Regards
