If you haven’t already signed up for Seal’s mailing list now would be the perfect time because we will be giving our members the password to purchase tickets during the pre-sale period!!

**UPDATE**
The kind people at Ticketmaster have sent through a summary page for all Seal events held through them which should help clear things up a little.
Venues that list a “More Info” link will will display the purchase page, these pages will become active once the Pre-Sale/Sale begins. Those venues that list a “Find Tickets” link will take you straight through to the purchase page as the Pre-Sale/Sale has begun.

Remember these tickets are on a first-come, first served basis so be sure to get in quick.

QUESTION though:
For my venue it states the following:
Onsale to General Public
Start: Fri, 02/20/09 10:00 AM EST
Seal Post-Sale
Start: Fri, 02/20/09 10:00 AM EST
End: Sun, 02/22/09 10:00 AM EST
I am a little confused to see that General Public and Seal Post-Sale happens at the exact date and time.
Does this mean special tickets are reserved under the Seal Post-Sale and the General Public won’t be able to snag them???
I hope so, because it always has been a major challenge to get great tickets in the past. And costly!!!

I am still waiting for confirmation from Ticketmaster but I believe these venues have an amount of tickets allocated to Seal fans but all tickets go on sale at the same time. Just remember to use your password when ordering and you should be fine.
I will post an update once I get a confirmation from Ticketmaster.

Update.
Post-Sale tickets are allocated tickets for Seal fans, although these go on sale at the same time as the general public release, your password means you get access to a selected pool of tickets that the general public does not.
If you are getting a password error it will be because that pre-release is not assigned to Seal Fans and tickets for that venue will go on sale at the same time as the public release (Post-Sale) but an allocation of tickets will still be set aside for Seal fans as mentioned above.

I called ticketmaster for tickets for the CT show on April 10th at exactly the time they went on sale at 9am this morning. And, the orchestra was already sold out and we had to settle for not so great seats. Are there a number of tickets still on hold for fans for that show? If so, please let me know. I’m so glad Seal is making his way through CT. Also, is there a pre-sale for Radio City in NYC?

So we have been teased with a sniff of European dates. When are these going to be announced and can you give us any advance information on the number of dates per country? Will there also be a pre-sale password/allocation for each of these?

Simply setup an account with Gravatar http://www.gravatar.com/ and register the same email address, all the directions are on their site.
Once your setup your profile picture will appear on any website that uses the Gravatar service.

Oh NO I already got my tickets and so this means I could have gotten a better seat?? I had no idea??? When the passcode that I got from this site didnt work I used the one I got from Nokia theater! OH POOP!! I wanted better seats!!!

You have seen him 3 times, I am cathing up!!! I suprised my boyfriend by flying us to Cali. for our anniversary we went to the beach first and I wrote in the sand WE ARE GOING TO SEE SEAL!!! He was sooooo excited! I am #1 girlfriend!!! We even got to meet him. Dion(my boyfriend) was sooooo happy! He has loved Seal since he was young!!!

I have checked the Ticketmaster site and the Windsor, ON venue appears to be offering only General Public tickets.
The Toronto, ON location however does have Seal Post-Sale tickets going on sale on Mon 02/23/09 @ 12PM EST.

My husband is a HUGE SEAL fan and we cannot wait to go to the concerts. We are going to the one in Austin and Houston and are thinking about going to Dallas too! Is there going to be a meet and greet or anything like that, because if so we are definitely going to get on board for that ASAP!

I had the password for the presale however it limits your seating. They only take 5% of the seats to use for presale. I was trying to purchase them today and back of orchestra as well as lodge seating was available and some balcony. My question is how do I get the orchestra pit seating? I will be calling ticket master on Saturday since they come out to general public. But, any way to get Orchestra Pit seats??????

I live in the Cleveland, Ohio area, so the closest venue is Windsor, ON. I’m willing to go 3 hours, but the problem is that I’m in a wheelchair, and Caesar Windsor says the only way to get accessible seats is to buy them directly at the box office. That’s a lot of driving, especially if I get there and there are no tickets left. Are there any possiblilities of a stop in Ohio, or do you have any other suggestions for me. You didn’t come to this area during the last tour either and I’m having Seal withdrawal!

I was wondering the same thing. I saw him in Cali in August and it was right after the System CD and he preformed lots of songs from his other albums so I am assuming it will be just like that. Mostly songs deom SOUL but some of his other songs as well. I hope that he does a lot of other songs to because those are SEAL originals and they are GREAT to hear live!!

When we went to Cali to see him it was a suprise for my boyfriend so I did everything I could to see if we would be able to meet him. I found out that if you find the backstage door where ever it is that he will leave and wait for him he would come out and sign and take pics. We waited and sure enough he came out and talked with us and took pics!! What ever venue you are going to get there a little early and see if you can find the back stage door like outside or something ask around at the venue!! He was sooooo nice and more than happy to take the pics and stuff!! Hope that helps!!!

There’s a pre-sale for American Express customers starting on Sat. 3/7, but the post-sale starts the same day as general public sale on Mon. 3/17 (for Los Angeles). Does that mean I should find a friend who has American Express to purchase tickets for me, or are the post-sale tickets with the password better seats. What should I do? I’m a huge fan and would LOVE to see him up close.

I don’t have the details of any other pre-sale promotion and therefore cannot give you advice of which one to purchase.
I can say that we have been advised that the Seal Fan Club tickets are some of the best in the house.

Cielito.. I noticed some Amex Gold members get Orch. seats. There are som Pit seats on sale already on Stub Hub.
SOmeone posted that their Seal Pass didnt get them better seats. Makes me nervous too. I think I am going the Amer. Ex route.
I see what lydieblu wrote and remember that earlier today I saw that same thing for the 5-3-09 show in San Diego county. General tickets don’t go on sale until 10am tomorrow, yet there are specific seats being offered front and center. And I don’t mean one or two, but a number of listing with as many as 6-8 tickets available for double mark-ups!! What gives?
