I am so very proud to have been such a small part of the voting process. May Barack Obama be blessed as he leads us. Change takes time, but he is already working to get his key people in place. I cried as I watched the electorial vote rise. Yes we did!!;O) The eve is upon us:O)

Psst: I hope System does well:O)

    Peace:O)

    Darling Seal, Seal Chéri
I had a problem with my old user name but it’s the same Marie-Chantale. So I just registered another one…Je veux juste écrire quelques petits mots en francais pour faire changement . Marie-Chantale xx

Being born and raised in Chicago, I know Barack Obama (not personally) longer than most people did in the Country and the World. I knew he would be President when he gave that speach at the DNC in 2004. Barack is going to take this Country in a whole new direction. It is an exciting time, and I wish him and his family the best of luck in Washington!

    Change is here!

(oh yes and I am a HUGE SEAL fan! Come back to Chicago…please!)

I have lived in the USA now for almost 19 years and I have to admit, for the first time, I finally feel pride being in this country. Not just pride, but I also finally have a sense of hope that things will change for the better. The people have shown they are ready for a change and that is absolutely amazing. We can do it!!! Together – United – In Pride!

    Seal,
Words can not express the happiness I felt at 11 pm on Nov. 4. It was as if an eight year nightmare had come to an end. The excitement was palpable. The very next day I went out wearing my Obama shirt and so many people interacted with me–complete strangers all expressing positive sentiments. It was very uplifting. I am optimistic that things will start to turn around for all of us now. And I believe that the US will regain respect from the rest of the world.

But of course, being a loyal Seal fan from the very start, I am also thrilled that you will now not have to leave the country. Please stay with us Seal. We need positive influences like you. And please go on tour soon. Many of us could really use a Seal concert right now.

By the way, I bought Soul yesterday and love it as I knew I would!

    Thank you,
    Silvana Alsamadi
