For concerts, in order to save your emotional energy, do you have to detach from some of your songs in order to get through the night? Are some harder than others? I can barely read my journals from the dark periods of my life, let alone sing about them every night in front of hundreds of people. There must be some thearapudic benefit though, in doing just that though. Maybe that's why they sound so beautiful when you sing them.
