Here are a few random Photos from the last couple of weeks. Nothing special but I wanted to give you some semblance of what it’s like on the road. I haven’t been that great in posting recently due to time constraints so I thought I’d try and put something up at least.

Seal, when you start a tour who chooses the bus? Is there a bus company that you like to use? Cool design on the side of this one. Enjoy the Audi shows:O) Peace, Janet

Love the pics of the other tour stops…have fun in Germany this week, hope the family gets to be with you too ..take care

Hey Seal! Do you remember your show in Lithuania? 17 October 2006, it was just amazing! You told to the crowd in the end of show : “see you next year”
so what do you think about that? Can we hope to see you? By the way, did you enjoy our country? Lot of photos were taken?
I decaded to write to you cuz just found your blog and that you are very close to Lithuania at the moment:) only Poland is between Germany and Lithuania:))
Love u Seal and nice stay in Europe
great pictures again, i love the bus dog and son soooooooooo cute. thanks for sharing with us luv sue xx
That is soo cool seeing what you guys see on the road. What do you do between performances? Do you site see or mainly stay in your rooms?
Love the snippit of the behind the scenes pics! haha the dog pics made my night! Hope all is going well back in Germany. Thanks again for sharing with us. Love love love it!
thanks seal
i’ml istening loneliest star and I am crying.
they were many years that I did not make it
THANKS
Thanks for providing a glimpse into your busy tour life.
I love the black and white shot of your room by the window. AWESOME!!!
And thank you so much for the Columbia – Merriweather Post Pavillion pics…I loved seeing the schedule for the show. They really give you a curfew? I laughed out loud as I read that!!!
Too funny…
Seal…I am curious to find out if you signed autographs after the Columbia show? Is that something you do after shows? I can only imagine on how tired you are, but maybe the sight of waiting fans wakes you up instantly…lol.
Seal, glad to see your back in the land of the 1s and 0s. The pics are great. I enjoy photography as well and can understand the appreciation for the involvement required for good location, composition and exposure. The concert in Dallas was a great success. Your voice was a little slow to open up due in large part to the Houston show the night before. Once you got it going, I was very impressed. The sound quality on many of the HB tracks were actually better than they were on the album. Your concert presence gets better and better through the years. The hard part is that your body of quality work is getting so large that it is hard to limit the number of tracks for a performance. I would have been happy for you to just sing the rest of the night
. Like one of the previous posters, my favorite song is Violet and I think it would make a great final song for your shows a’la Sting with Fragile when the curtain falls. One more comment has to do with the T-shirt situation. there were very few shirts at the concert (3 I believe) and they were all “naked SEAL” shirts. While I am not opposed to the naked Seal, I really don’t want one on my T-shirt. I would like to see an update of the first album cover SEAL with a clothed you forming the A. That would make a great and simple T-Shirt. Anyways, that was a failed marketing attempt as all three of us guys at the show couldn’t muster the courage to wear a naked Seal around town. Hopefully when System comes through Dallas we will have a better selection. Nokia was a great venue for you as it has decent acoustics and is nice and intimate. Bass Hall would be cool in Fort Worth, but I don’t think it holds quite as many people and its a little more formal. Thanks for giving so much to so many. We are all appreciative despite the occasional nut job that muddies the water for the rest of us. Can’t wait to hear System. Please release a 5.1 DVD along with the CD in a multipack from the getgo. I really do enjoy the 5.1 releases. I bought the DVD to LiP, only to see the DVD/CD combo pack after the fact. I would have rather had both formats. Thanks again for spending time with your fans.
Matt
Seal….i just got a call from my mother this evening that she has the same skin disease that you have…..being that it is such a rare thing, i thought I would take a shot in the dark and see if you had any words of wisdom or advice for us…thankfully it hasn’t effected her organs at this time and we have read about a clinic in Boston…we have just NEVER heard about anyone who has it but you…..if you have any thoughts i would really appreciate it……always m

Hello there from Spain Seal!!
Talking about roads…my sister and me are going to see live in Lisbon on 14th July. The travel “go and back” is 1300km more or less but we hope it’s going to be worth.
We are very impatient for that concert but consider the possibility of playing in Spain, please!!
Nice pics and best regards!!

Hey S,
Thank you for sharing the wonderful Pics!
I am anxiously awaiting the new cd “System”.. would it be possible for you to let us here another song or two before the release? I am sooo impatient! Think about it S.
I hope you are enjoying Germany! I really like visiting that country as well. My brother in-law lives there in Dusseldorf. Cologne is my fav, very beautiful!
Take care!
Peace,love,light & wisdom.
Hi Seal,
When you were at Chastain you sang a bluesy song about a man who lost his key, and his baby left him. You did a wonderful job on it, by the way, and Eric was wonderful on the guitar. I sat on that song and just enjoyed, holding my hands together, so tickled you sangtheblues! Can you give alittle background on the song?
A friend asked me about the details on it.
Love to All, Janet
Duhh! major typo in my previous post..Hear instead of here.
HAPPY FATHER’S DAY !!!

NANNI
What a great idea..sell your photo’s.
Maybe you could donate the proceeds to a child’s charity.
Of course I would suggest a group that deals with respite services for families with children with disabilities..
But you should sell your photo’s.
THEY are great!
Laura
Hmmm, Heidi is very artistic too. They could start a gallery with Seal’s photos and Heidi’s paintings, and have music playing in the background:O) Have a little cafe so people could come in browse, and enjoy a mocha, or a glass of wine. They could also auction their work for charity, and add works from other talented celebrities.
They could call it “Through My Eyes” Gallery.
Love, Janet
JANET…
What a great, great idea!!
Love the name of the gallery…
Maybe they could get Audi to sponsor it as well…
They could have a website where people could purchase t-shirts, notecards, copies of the photo’s..at affordable prices…they could run it like Paul Newman..ALL profits go to charity…
S..
I think between you and the Mrs..you guys could do some real creative, fun stuff.
With your tour coming up, it would be a great time to launch this idea too.

Hey Seal,
I think you’re an absolute great singer!
But I was hoping you would come to the Netherlands, but you aren’t right?
It’s great that you put photo’s on your page and I love your album!
bye xx
Melanie
Hi Seal, Loved the photo of Bus Dog and Son! Wanted you to know that I paint to your music and have become so subliminally programmed to it, that I hit the “zone” the minute the music starts; it’s a bit like Pavlov’s dogs really! You can see the outcome of your inspiration at http://www.meshasendyk.com. Thanks for the great music and for sharing your talent. Much Love, Mesha
Hey,
I see someone has the same thoughts as me. I was also hoping that you would come to the Netherlands. I am also looking forward to the new album. And one more thing, great pictures!
Good luck!

Helloooooo!

I guess you’re having good time with FAMILY & friends. Thks for the pix.
Just passing by to wish you and every one around to enjoy Music Day.
Seal U Soon
Seal..
When you performed in Orlando in May, at the beginning of the concert when you first spoke to us you said something about how that night you would be singing a lot of songs with a lot of memories, both good and bad, but the point is to have FUN, and we were going to have lot’s of fun that night. I just remembered that today for some reason and I wanted to ask about that. Your songs are so personal. For concerts, in order to save your emotional energy, do you have to detach from some of your songs in order to get through the night? Are some harder than others? I can barely read my journals from the dark periods of my life, let alone sing about them every night in front of hundreds of people. There must be some thearapudic benefit though, in doing just that though. Maybe that’s why they sound so beautiful when you sing them.
Love, Seal Lover
PS: Have you ever talked about what inspired you to write any of your songs and what they are about TO YOU? I know that we are the artists, and you want us to make the interpretation for ourselves, but I will do that even if I know how you stumbled upon them.
Hi Seal
Mohamed I’m one of your big fan I had to the chance to see you in Atlanta few weeks ago “Chastain Park”. It was an awesome show.
Thank you and i hope to see you again in the near future. Are you going to Montreal anytime soon?
Hi Seal,
Your work is really amazing, and I am writing just to ask you to please, include Brazil on your tour. It would be something special to have you, singing here and I guarantee you would like it as well.
Please, make a show in São Paulo
Thanks
Dani
Thanks for all the songs you sing SEAL
I think you are one of the few singers who actually give me goosebumps at the sound of your voice.
Of all your songs I would have to say that I love “whirlpool” the most.
If you are ever in Paderborn/Germany the drinks are on me
When you make the music do you match lyrics to music or the other way around?
Hi there Seal,
me and Zeno (my 7 year old son) are both really desperate to hear you live, but all the gigs are too far away from us!! So can’t you find a way to come to Holland as well?? I’m sure I’m not the only ‘Dutchy’ that wants to hear you live, don’t you reckon??
And last week I was reading an article on a park in a city called Nijmegen, “Goffert-Park”. Apparently they want to promote this park as a good place for concerts, so maybe they would just love to program you there….(a few weeks ago the Stones came, Pearl Jam is coming next week and the Police sometime soon)
Anyway, whatever you do good luck, lots of fun and good health!! And hopefully we’ll see you soon!
Silvia
We want Togetherland!!!
We want Togetherland!!!
Kai want Togetherland, too!!!!!!
Kai want Togetherland, too!!!!!!
Deef – you are absolutly right!!!!
SEAL – we all have to wait more than 6 months after your promise that you post the tracks………I can`t blieve that the posting is so difficult – YOUR fans are waiting!!!
So don`t disappoint them!!!!!
One line to express your veiws would have been enough Kai and Deef. This is Seal’s personal blog, and there is a thread posted in the forum to state your case. Repeating the line only takes up space this page. Please be patient and let Seal post the Togetherland songs when he is ready to. Peace, Janet
Thanks Charles;O) Peace, Janet
Dear Seal, since your new album is going to arive sometime soon… (That is, sometime this year
And since you yourself hope that people will dance again to your new songs… this might be a good time to post the following idea again.
(Some of you might remember me doing this some time ago for the first time, but I just can not stop promoting it)
I think your website could do with a remix contest!!!
The time has never been beter for artists to have fans interact and cooperate. Loads of artists have already done some super marketing by initiating remix contest. From Peter Gabriel (Realworldremixed.com) to Tiesto, RunDMC, NineInchNails, Sarah McLachlan, Moby, Celldweller (celldweller.com)
Loads of artists see the potential of home producers and remixers who use their talents to re-interpetate and re-struxture music from insperational artists. Sometimes with the goal to end-up on an official release but even just having the oppertunity to have fans listing and commenting on it is all that matters
I am sure that when you (Seal) would be willing to make some multitracks available true a remix contest on Seal.com a range of (remix) magazines and websites will gladly promote the contest. It will not only increase the traffic to this site but will introduce your music to a new (younger?) crowd. And at the same time please the excisting fans with new and interesting versions of your songs. (and no it don’t always have to be the obvious hit records)
I hope this time my plee does reach you and, of course, hope you indeed see the potential of it. Let’s be honest the new album, in your own words, complement your roots and those roots have been heavily influenced by remixes. Not to mention Trevor Horn who is the king of remixing.
Anyway!
Of course if this contest will never see the light of day I still will be a huge fan and am looking frwrd to System.
Kind regards, Jos
PS. (and i’ve mentioned this before too
Go have a look at marillion.com and read how their fans financed new albums in advance. I am sure that we, your fans, will be more than willing to do the same and by the looks of it your fan base around the world is sure big enough to finance some albums.
Love, Love, Love
SSS!!! Great Job on AI
huron
Take care and hope to see you on tour soon.
