  9. NEED SEAL CONTACT- I have been attempting to contact Seal through his agent but have been unsuccessful in locating the current agent-representatives. I ended up finding this blog and hoped I could find official booking avenues through the personal blog. Our website is http://www.ImageMaker.ws or http://www.AmericanImageMaker.com

We are doing the largest fireworks display in the history of the world and will need an act to lead up to the New Year 2008 event, on the new World Island very VIP event in Dubai. Can some one please send me proper channels? yasmeen@imagemaker.ws

I am Yasmeen Stewart the CEO and founder of the Image Maker Corporation based in Dubai a company that now has recently opened American Image Maker offices based in New York’s Upper East Side.

The Image Maker specializes in business development and Image consultancy for private sector and government bodies. We equally have no one of the largest animation houses in the Middle East region and represent many American, British companies world wide. We are further launching this year Image Maker Events and now represent Grucci Fireworks the largest display company in the world. We have scheduled the largest fireworks in the world of the coast line of Dubai in the history of the world.

This feels a rather silly way to contact a performer but I am at the end of my rope.We need to find out if he can do this.

  10. Hey Seal your music is very very nice man, I am dj and when I always travel to other cities of my country I take my Ipod with your music. your music is unique and very I am thanked for to the life of which we have an artist like you in the world. Seal thanks.

    Hi seal,
Do you actually read all these comments? LOL I know you’d probably take all day just reading them all. Well, hope you’ll be able to read mine. And keep the good work up and you’ll be smelling like a rose. ;)

  12. Janet says:

    Break the Silence

    Come here…
Tell me what I can do
    to make it easier
for you to tell the truth

Would you share your views and(cares) with me?
Even though we see and (need) things differently?

Your lack of words they tear…oh God…
    they fold me back
    If you break the silence
maybe we can accept the fact
    that all our dreams(rainbows)unravelled
one by one in our hands

and as I stand here…waiting Patiently
and we are a word away
    from what will be
    Come here just tell me
how you really feel…what you need

Your lack of words they tear…
    they fold me back
    If you break the silence
maybe we can accept the fact
that all our dreams (rainbows) unravelled
one by one in our hands

    so many words
so many ways to say goodbye
how can you hold on to what was yesterday
    in your mind…

  13. rosebud72 says:

    Hi Seal,
I wanted to say I first heard your song in 1995 when the movie Batman came out. It was also the year I was introduced to Saint Therese the ‘Little Flower”, so that’s why every time I hear “Kissed by a Rose” I think of her. I also think of beautiful roses. Be sure and give your wife plenty of them for Mother’s Day. ;)

  14. rosebud72 says:

    Hi Seal,
I also want to comment on your blog. It is very nice. Keep up the good work too. Rosebud72

  15. rosebud72 says:

    Hi Seal,
I’m a fan of yours and my favorite song of yours was kissed by a rose. I also am Catholic and pray to Saint Therese the little flower. Every time I hear your song (I have your cd with Kissed by a rose on it), I think of her.
Since she’s helped me out for so many years, I’d like to share her prayer with you.
    For her intervention say:
Saint Therese the little flower, pick me a rose from the heavenly garden. Ask God to grant the favor I thee implore and tell him I will love him daily more and more.
Say your prayer request to her. You will see a sign of a rose for your prayer if granted. ie:a card with a rose on it or something with a rose on it.
I hope Seal this prayer to St.Therese will help you in times of need. After all, you’ll be kissed by a rose. ;)

  16. ursamajor says:

Hi Seal, thankyou for being you … the sounds you make, both musically and vocally, are inspiring. I have really NEEDED to hear your music from time to time, and that gift you share with us all is an incredibly positive one … spiritual parallels included … again, thank you.
    Kat :)

First heard Kiss from a Rose eating Pizza in 1994 and led me to further
to investigate your music. Your lyrics and music spoke to my heart
and my soul more any person I have knowm. and I continue to have this experience with your music. I have enjoyed EVERY track you have produced.

I have missed your last 2 trips through Texas. I was INCREDIBLY excited to learn you will be visiting us on May 30. My wife was sweet enough to IMMEDIATELY purchase tickets.

My wife and I will be there to enjoy such an exciting and electric night.

A little side note that my favorite movie score composer is
Thomas Newman. Needless to say, I was blissed to enjoy the original version of “My Vision”. Your talent and artistry continue to amaze me!

I love the idea of collecting images from fans to create video’s, I’ve created so many video’s in my mind for your songs, my favorite idea is for for “Still Love Remains”, maybe I could share it with you sometime. It has always been one of my dreams, to create a videos for your music, as my main interest is filmmaking. Your music has been a big part of my life…Thank you.

  25. thebighappyhouse says:

    Seal…

We just saw you on American Idol…
as you can imagine your biggest 5 year old fan DEAN was OVER THE MOON to see your face.

  26. Hello Seal,

I find myself, attempting to find you…. As a result of my feeling somber over the failure of our state legislature to recognize the needs of our autistic kids in Texas (the state education department refused to support extended education and intervention services for public school kids with autism – their reasoning was lack of funding all the while they had turned down a 10 million dollar grant that would have paid for it… crazy indeed) …. Why contact you? Well, I was just sitting outside thinking about how happy my little Toni was as a toddler, when he watched your late ‘80s acoustic set and stage performance video… Damn he couldn’t get enough of you. When all else wouldn’t quell his frustrations of the day, you and your music and videos somehow relaxed him….and in turn, when I get frustrated and catch myself falling into that pattern, I too take heart remembering the catharsis and calm you bring to the moment with your music. For years after Toni’s first falling in love with your music video, he would point to his tiny brown moles on his body and say, “Mom, look…. I’m a little bit like SEAL.” And he’d smile proudly. That memory always makes me smile.

Anyway – it’s been a tough week for our efforts to see kids in Texas like Toni get a fair shake in schools and while this legislative effort failed (poverty level kids won’t be afforded opportunities to seek out education/intervention that well-off autistic kids are able access) … somewhere there will be a victory and it will come – I am determined.

So, in a direct way – you have a hand in my designing the programs at IHCenter / Big Sky Education and Research – your theatrical musicianship and writing abilities brought an otherwise traditionally autistic child to a state of happiness and “conversational” joy…. That’s not ever something to dismiss…. The Arts have everything to do with the success of my son’s progress over the years and our programs will one day be available to all no matter their economic challenge…. It has to happen, and it will. Feel free to give me any ideas or inspiration – our fight for these kids’ needs is in its infancy and we’ve got a long way to go. By the media’s representation, one would think that only well-off Caucasian kids are autistic…. Funny isn’t it. The folks we want to serve, are the majority of autistic folks – the ones that are teetering on homelessness. That’s the reality that most autistic families face and I refuse to let it continue without a solid fight for equality of services. Enough of my passions – this contact is really about how you have helped to inspire the passion in the first place.

So… as if you don’t have enough to do…. If one of your assistants could manage it, Toni would love a note with your signature or picture to put on his wall… I can’t believe he’s 12 already – you’ve been a large part of his life for a full decade now. Amazing how time flies. Wow.

Much appreciation to you for all that you do – it has meant a great deal to our little family.

I hate to stir things up, but could you put pressure on Babyrazzi.com owners to do some monitoring. It is so upsetting to most of the people there.

    Love you new works. Awesome!!!

    Hi Seal,

I’m so excited to be posting my first comment. I’m so excited you are coming to Orlando in May. I’m here in school to become a pilot, so I’m hoping I’ll be able to afford to go! I know I’ll find the money, because I have to be there. :-)

I have a question. Would you ever be willing to release ‘Bring it on’ Live Austin 95,’ on iTunes? I love that version of the song.

Anyway, I hope your foot is healing up! Take care! :-)

  31. bdeadmon says:

    Dear Seal,
from producers to broken feet to 6 vs. 12 to whatever quandary life throws your way, I beg you, fervently, rather selfishly -
please please please don’t ever stop.

I can’t imagine the countless hours you put in touring, recording, parenting…and blogging!

just know every time I hit the ‘play’ button, or am blessed enough to see you on stage, you are so wholeheartedly appreciated.

    much love.

    You’re such a sweetheart!!!
I found this looking for a picture of you to ilustrate my blog…today’s post: “in a church, by the face”, Crazy. As it is, i haven’t touched a word…it’s what i have to say, today…although this is an old song in my ears…I was 13? 13!
I am from Brazil. Brazil loves you!
Would be “a dream”, as you well say about going to South America, to have you there. Don’t worry about the violence…no one will hurt you. Do something wild at Rio de Janeiro, look for “Noites Cariocas”. Rest in Bahia if you can…man.
    Cheers, my friend.

    Hello Seal,

I am trying to figure out how I missed your cover of the killers song Everything will be alright” from One Night to Remember. so much better than the original. What a gem?!

    Peace,Love, Light & Wisdom.

  34. JMCA says:

    Hey Seal,

Hope that you and the family are well.
This whole board/blog is a little too complicated for me…haha.
I have been trying to get in touch with anybody who represents you and cannot find any e-mail contact info anywhere.
I am an artist and song writer myself and wanted to pass on a song to you that I think would be a perfect match for you- also message wise.
A few years back I actually was in contact with a “manager” of yours but everything went up in smoke when I think that you had a team change- must have been around 2001.
Would you please be so kind and write to amberphoria2@aol.com and pass on an e-mail where I can send you an mp3 to?

    Best wishes and thanks

  35. Tammis says:

I love your music and soul that comes **through** your music.

I’m new to blogging – so, Dear Seal, please, oh please, let me know if you are coming through Denver again. I’d love to see you play Red Rocks. I missed your show last year due to an unexpectedt trip back east. I had to sell my tickets – you should have been the headliner – not Hall and Oates.
I heard a song of yours on a movie soundtrack recently and I can’t remember the name of the movie. Keep up the good work.

Please let me know when you’re coming out west.

Our local radio station, KBCO, has been playing CRAZY like crazy lately – almost every day. Is that a hint you are coming this way?

    Thx,

    Teresa

    Dear Seal,
    Success,success and success in
2007! Thanks for posting the tour dates because I am waiting for a big show here in Brazil in the near future. Please don´t forget South America and the people who loves your songs!

  39. I have to say I am very excited about your new albulm. I completely enjoyed Seal IV from beggining to end. You are one of the rare artists that compels me to put the CD in and loop it so it repeats over and over. This may be a suprize to you and many others, but I think my favorite CD has to be your Human Being album. It’s a little darker, and pehaps it’s just my perception, but it really seems to capture the more human elements. My favorite song of yours is by far Colour. I think it’s something we can all relate to in some way. State of Grace is another great example. It all speaks worlds to me, and hopefully many others. I realize that albulm didn’t do as well for you, but sometimes I suppose thats just the way it goes. At any rate, all of your albulms are great, and if the music is any representation of who you are, then you have my utmost respect. Forgive me for this short novel I have displayed here. I am new to your site and have yet to have the chance to attempt to express my appreciation for you and your music. Best wishes to you and your family and here hoping to even more success for your next albulm and all of your future endevors. Cheers.
