Your music is truly Amazing! My hubby and I share a great love of your music, ( you even walked us down the aisle when we got married!) Every song touches our lives in such a profound way. Keep up the good work and we wait in anticipation for your u.k. tour dates for 2008. Peace x
Seal,
You are absolutely AMAZING! Once again, you have accomplished what no other artists is able to accomplish in my opinion…which is an authentic reflection of the artist’s heart and soul through music. I have been a fan of yours for many, many years. I cannot even begin to tell you when I first heard your music…but it touched the depths of my heart. Although it it one of my greatest desires to see you in concert, it has not happened as of yet. I would travel the world to see you and hear your music. Your music, words, songs, and voice have spoke the unspeakable to the world. It is where I find peace. It is where I find joy. It is where I find love. The places that I cannot reach in this world, I am able to reach through your music. There is great beauty in your voice. It is as if your voice has a memory in itself of the pains, joys, sorrows, defeats, triumphs, but above all…love that we, human beings, experience as a collective consciousness. If I never have the opportunity to meet you in this world or time, thank-you for the beautiful music that you sing and create which resonates in my heart. It has helped me to overcome a variety of events. One is the death of my brother. Even though it is an old song, everytime I hear the song, “A Prayer for the Dying,” it gives me hope and peace that my brother has just passed from one plane to the next or as some say, from life unto death. Some of your other songs help me to believe in myself and give me hope and faith. The clip that I just heard above is simply timeless…a true reflection of your heart and soul, if it could be visible when looking at a mirror. Keep up the great work Seal. I will always love and admire you.

Wow… what happened to the guitar on the final track? I much rather enjoy what I hear here than the synth sounds that are on the song now that its released.
love what i have heard and can’t wait for your new album. Hope you will comeback to Montreal, Canada on tour to support the album. If you do, I will be their just as i was their for your other two. I turned my wife into a Seal fan also. Thank-you so much for all the wonderful music you have given us your fans.
Wow thats going to be a good number
i can hear it
Sounds great…can’t wait.
Awesome concert in Dallas! I really didnt know much about you but that my husband really loved your music. Sometimes to the point I didnt think I could handle anymore Seal. Well as a loving wife I bought him tickets to see you as that is all he talked about. Before you sang Loves Devine you gave a speach that moved me to tear. I always thought it was a love story with not much meaning to it. I lost my daughter on Febuary 26, 2004 (which I married my husband 3 years to the date later) and when you said if you thought you had it all except the one thing you need the most is gone. I knew what you were talking about as I have felt so lost for many years. Even though I have another child and now a loving husband I still a, longing for my daughter who is no longer with us. That song will now have such more meaning than it ever did in the past. Your show ROCKED! I can’t wait until you come back to Dallas!!!!!
p.s.s. would love to send you the picture we took with you…..but it just looks like something Annie Liebowitz would love to get her hands on…..you know….” Spinster sisters from Miami who look alike “…
P.S. take care of that foot….
positive thoughts for you and
and your beautiful family….
thanks to Clara for her
hospitality !!!!!!!
Hi Seal……Trish the Dish from Miami here ( though nowadays i’m kind of more platterish !!! ) Popping in to say thankyou for having my sister and me backstage to meet you after your performance in Miami last night…..
I wanted to tell you…..our mum had taken a very bad fall early last week…broke her shoulder….kneecap….and bunches of bangs and bruises…..and while she is from Ireland….and assures us that ” it is hard to kill bad thing ” this was bad…..i went in one morning to find her crying…..she never cries….she told me that she had had a horrible dream….there was a big chain across her body and she couldn’t lift it….she felt helpless….so i told her that i had a friend who says that we ” dream in metaphors ” and that the chain was only her insecurity and fear of not being able to help herself…..i could see in her beautiful face that she felt better for it….thank you….thank you for all of your beautiful words….that you have put to music for us…..in our world that is starving for beauty and love….
We will see you in October….and wait anxiously to hear your new work….
and just in case you need some friendly faces after the show for a sip and a laugh……we are available…..( and if you like i will bring my plaster !!!!! )

Man, I am just FLOORED at the sounds I am hearing so far for the new record. Everyone keeps mentioning the guitar, which is cool, yeah… BUT… That amazing electronic groove gave me chills. Bro, I cannot WAIT to hear this all together. I also have to mention that reading that you will be putting out some acapellas for us tech heads to play with, man that is EXCITING!!!!!!!! I treasure the day that I get to work with your vocals, THANK YOU.

I have been a fan since you were played on american radio. I believe you have said that you like to create “timeless” music. You definetly do that consistantly like on this song. Simply Amazing and Timeless! I can’t wait to hear more. I hope you tour the US.
This has to be the coolest part of your website!

As I listened to this track I closed my eyes and I found myself laying in a field covered with tall grass that gently moved in the wind while big snoozy clouds floated by in the sky.
It doesn’t really happen to me often that a music catches my imagination this way. Simply wonderful. Another album is sold…to me. Thank you.
DANG!!!! Another great look into whats to come
Sounds awesome!!! Thanks for these little peaks into the making of this next album…and WHEN is it going to be released this summer???LOL Cant wait
Thanks Seal…
Peace,

Hi, how come there is only one Seal-T-shirt for women available in the store? And only in Large and X-large, which are much too big for many girls? Maybe you could introduce some nice little Seal-tops in the web-store?
All the best! x
Mmmmm….GOOD! Beautiful little clip. THANK YOU for sharing.
Sara
P.S. If we’re all family, do we call you Dad?
great! M., Belgium
Yet another sound clip for the next album, love this even more then Swoosh. This has an international flare to it and reminds me a little of My Vision the Jakatta Mix, which I really enjoyed. I am so excited for this next album and tour since this will be my first time seeing you live. I was so bummed to have missed you on the Seal IV tour. Can’t get enough of these sound bits, keeps feeding my anticipation, can not wait!
Kurt

The anticipation keeps growing!!! Sounds awesome! Thank U!
Best Wishes,

This is so beautiful:O) It reminds me of the classical spanish guitar sound. Is it the same guitar that James Blunt uses? (Each guitar maker seems to have their own unique vibe.)
What is your favorite brand of guitar? And also what kind of wood is it made out of? :O) Do you like acoustic guitar better than electric?
Your videos rock!
Peace in the moment, Janet
Man, I can’t believe that after years of calling myself a (so called) fan, that I JUST stumbled onto this site after reading the news article about Seal’s court judgement in the UK. I am a wretch!!
But really…
Thanks S for years of great music. Look forward to getting the new one. Interesting to see you use the term “gut string”.
Ole school.
Thanks so much for sharing so much. You sir, are the man.
Peace,
Marlz
Oh my goodness….I luuuuuuuuv that guitar! Very sensual, then when the synth kicks in, WOW! That is destined to become one of the songs I listen to over and over.
Thanks for writing “songs for grown-ups”. I get so tired of the same-old, same-old on the radio. Can’t wait to hear more of this song!
Thanks, Seal and Charles, for the video. By the way, is Charles in the music industry too? I assume you and he have been friends for a long time. We’re grateful for all the work he does on this site!
Thank’s for this!!It’s really interesting to hear how your songs come to life!
I love the guitar riff running right through that track. Sounds fantastic. Thanks for sharing it again. xx
Thanks for sharing!! Sounds Nice.
Aww nice to see Mim again! Wow what a different sound. I agree with Micah.. its sooo rich and totally unexpected. I am even more excited now! Thanks for giving us another peek into the studio!!!
You guys are working hard for sure!
*waves to Charles.. site is amazing as well
hehe
Wow! You sooo have at least 1 disc sold already! I can’t wait for this one, this particular track is beautifully haunting and rich with texture already (I love the verb on the guitar… deeeeep). Signature Seal!
Man, just when I thought my studio was beginning to look halfway respectable… the one you’re in kills! I’d love to get creative in a place like that
Have fun cutting tracks!
Givin us clips like that is what makes Seal unique, thumbs up.
Hey S, in one of your early 90′s video interviews (the one with you sitting on a street corner) you said you had a “magic” pre-release version of Crazy that captured the essence of the song perfectly… any chance that tape is still around?
